Returns & FAQ
Every NoB3 item is made to order, just for you, and we stand behind the quality of everything we ship. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, we'll make it right.
Quality Guarantee
If there's a print error, damage or a visible defect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order through our contact form, and we'll replace or refund the item.
To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue, taken on a flat, well-lit surface with the tag visible
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is printed when you order it, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please double-check your size and color before placing your order.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
You can cancel or edit your order any time before it goes into production using the link in your order confirmation email. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, but our Quality Guarantee still applies to everything you receive.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method:
- PayPal: within 24 business hours
- Credit or debit card: within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Depending on your location, Klarna, Afterpay and local payment methods may also be available.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees. Depending on your location, these are either collected at checkout or due on delivery, and you'll see a notice at checkout. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. For details, please check with your local customs office.
